11. What about a maintenance agreement?

  • Typically, KK Interactive will make text changes, link changes, and photo changes on existing pages free for 6 months. This does not include adding pages, significant graphic changes, or new functionality.
  • Following this period, changes will be billed out at an hourly rate to be determined.
  • Of course, any technical problems that are due to our error are our responsibility and the client will not be charged.
  • However, KK Interactive is not responsible for problems that are the result of changes made by the client or a third party. As a result, any of these types of changes will be billed out at our hourly rate.

12. Where will my new web site be located?

  • Your web site must be hosted by an Internet provider. Typically there is a monthly or yearly fee.
  • If you would like, we can find you a domain name and arrange hosting for an additional fee.

13. How do I find my web site?

  • First you must purchase a domain name that will be your web site's address (e.g., www.mysite.com).
  • You or we will have to purchase the right to use this domain name through another company.
  • Domain names must be renewed annually.

14. How do I get my web site online after it is completed?

  • Your web site will need to be transferred to its new location via FTP software.
  • In some instances, the entire web sitw must be loaded onto a disk or CD and sent to your host. We can do this for you or give you a CD with your web files on it and you can upload your site.

15. Why are there no prices listed on your web site?

  • KK Interactive creates custom web sites and multimedia presentations that suit a clients particular needs. As a result, we have to understand the scope of a project before we can evaluate the cost.
  • Be assured that are prices are competitive and we can typically find a way to work within your budget.
