7. What about my site
content?
- If
you have an existing web site and it was created using HTML,
we can take the text from there.
- Otherwise,
you will need to provide us with your content in the form
of a Microsoft Word document. You may either e-mail it,
send it on a 3 1/2 inch disk or CD by mail, or by courier.
- If
you do not have the slightest idea what to say, we can assist
you in creating your content for an additional charge. However,
keep in mind that no one knows your company better than
you.
8.
Why do I need to pay you to add meta tags and register the
site?
- The
inclusion of relevant meta tags and registering your site
with search engines such as Yahoo increases the likelihood
of people being able to find your site during a search.
- You
do not have to have us do this for you. If another party
wants to do this, that is fine.
- If
we install meta tags and register your site for you, we
make no guarantees concerning your listing or ranking within
the search engines or the amount of traffic you will receive.
- Please
keep in mind that some search engines such as Yahoo are
now charging a registration fee for business sites. This
will be charged in addition to our fee for registering your
site.
- Please
keep in mind that a web site should be part of your marketing
strategy, not replace it entirely. Consequently, you need
to market your web site.
9.
When is final payment due?
- Final
payment is due upon completion of the web site and final
approval by the client.
- When
payment is received, files will be delivered for placement
on your server.
10.
Do you become the webmaster of my site?
- KK
Interactive will not take on the role of "webmaster"
or "technical contact" of your site unless a prior
arrangement has been made with the client. This is the client's
responsibility.
